Conference Facilities
The Digital Media Centre has a number of meeting rooms and conference spaces which are available for hire from just £15 an hour, each stunningly designed for meetings, presentations, pitches, workshops, seminars, away days or conferences.
Meeting rooms can be reserved by the hour, half day or full day and catering is also available. Facilities in the centre include Internet, AV facilities; projector and screen, video, PA system, DVD player and flipcharts. We are now also able to offer Video Conferencing facilities - please contact the Centre for more details.
The Digital Media Centre has a sponsorship partnership with Midas 1 who have installed projection and audio facilities in the conference rooms along with other LCD displays in the Technology Showcase Area. Located on the first floor is the 'Midas 1' room which has start-of-the-art interactive technology in place which is ideal for brainstorming session and team building days.
Located just a few minutes walking distance from the transport interchange, a few minutes drive from the M1 motorway and with a choice of hotels close by, the Digital Media Centre is an impressive meeting location for local and visiting professionals alike.
