- To be a creative, media or digital company
- To be a new and growing entrepreneurial businesses, subsidiary of established company or university spin-off
- To be entrepreneurial rather than proprietorial (i.e. to have an intention to grow the business significantly)
- To contribute to the active centre community
- To provide information when requested to fulfil our requirements to the building funders
